Two independent pulse input channels can be scaled to display rates or totals in engineering units such as GPM, L/sec, ft/sec, or Gallons. Dual-channel signal conditioner accepts inputs from proximity switches with PNP or NPN output, TTL or CMOS logic, magnetic pickups, contact closures, low-level inputs down to 12 mV, and high-level AC line inputs to 250 Vac. Allows square root extraction, custom curve linearization. Dual channels allow addition, subtraction or ratio of rates or totals. Includes isolated transducer excitation supply. Fast read rates with peak hold. Optional analog output, relays and data I/O. This process metercan be jumpered for 4-20 mA, 0-10V and other DC signal ranges to display scaled readings in engineering units, such as units of flow or speedd. Capabilities include zero and span adjustment, square root extraction from differential flow meter signals, custom curve linearization, and elapsed time based on rate, such as the time it will take to fill a tank at the current flow rate. Accepts the A & B quadrature signals from shaft encoders or linear encoders to provide a highly accurate, scaled, bidirectional display of position, length, or angle in engineering units, such as ft, cm or degrees. The meter totalizes the counts and scales the total in software for display and control.
